Lily is two weeks old!

We have survived the first two weeks! Lily is such a good baby. She is always so happy and content. We just love her!
I am pretty sure this is not a gas smile! She is always smiling like this!

Even a bigger cheeser! She is smiling at Jaycie in this picture.

One-eyed Lily (yes, Danelle I have seen Goonies!)

All dolled up and no place to go.

Babies are so much fun. We are just having too much fun with her. It is amazing how much love babies can bring to a family.

We are so happy she is here and healthy.
What a blessing and a miracle!
We love her so much!!

Halloween

We had a great Halloween this year. There were so many parties at preschool and at the Elementary school. It seemed as if we were in costumes all week!!
Allie and her friend Ashlyn dressed up for our preschool Halloween party.
We don't claim this one!
He not only dressed up like a nasty old woman, but he shaved off his goatee and doesn't even look like himself! It is a little freaky how much he looks like his mom now that he has no facial hair! (I mean that in the nicest way, Trina!!) I think he learned that nylons and high heel shoes are not fun! After a walk around the block, he had blisters! He He He!
We went trick or treating with the Binghams.
(Kimball, Liv, Jaycie, & Allie)

This is my four-year-old preschool class all dressed up. They were so stinkin cute!!

What's been goin' on

Here are some fun pictures of some fun things we have been doing lately.
We had a snow storm so of course we had to get the snow clothes and sleds out. What a fun day. That's the day you realize that coats, snowpants and boots are all too small!! :)
Jaycie's hair on "crazy hair day". Now she wants it this way every day!!

Allie's new way of eating her corn on the cob. Skewers work great!

Our little artists busy working!

Now we just have to survive the next couple of weeks until our new little baby arrives. We can't wait!!

Oink, Oink

One night after I got home from Young Women, this is what I found on my bedroom door. Allie had drawn pictures of Crae and I. Crae is the speckled frog on the right and I am the pig on the left. Yes, the pig!!

Here I am. She was so proud of it too. Definitely what I want my daughter to think of me, especially while being pregnant and already feeling bigger than a bus!!
Here is another of Allie's many drawings. This is Crae and I on a mountain. If you couldn't tell, I have a baby in my tummy - a really big baby obviously!

Allie starts preschool

Allie was so excited to go to Rose Mary's preschool. She needed some time away from me. :) She has loved it so far and always is so excited to go.

First day pictures

Too Cute!

Jaycie starts Kindergarten!

Jaycie has started Kindergarten! I can't believe that she is old enough already. She loves it and gets excited to go every day.

Here she is getting ready to leave on the first day.

More birthday fun

The Packers came down for Allie's birthday. We had dinner and ice cream cupcakes. Allie had so much fun with her cousins. Their kids stayed with us for a couple extra days, so we had a great time!

Blowing out her candles.

Allie is 4!

Allie had a Royal Princess Celebration birthday party in our backyard. All the princesses were asked to dress up as their favorite princess. Allie was Ariel (notice the red hair). She had an Ariel cake, lots of games, including the defeat of the royal pinata and kiss the frog, and lots more fun. The girls were all darling!!
Here is Allie swinging at her tiara pinata.

We are in for a lot of drama!!

We just had the 20 week ultrasound and found out that we are having a little girl. We are all really excited. Sure, we were kind of hoping for a boy, but I am surprised at how excited we all were that it was a girl. Crae is a little worried about handling all of the drama (so am I), but we were so happy that everything looked great and she is perfectly healthy. So, I guess we'll keep the room pink!! :)

She had her arms up over her head, so we weren't able to get very good face shots. We got some peeks, but not very good pictures. She has a cute litte button nose and full lips (and long feet - thanks Crae!)

Here are her cute little legs

Here is the proof! I think it is very obvious. Everybody keeps telling me that they know someone that had an ultrasound that said they were having a girl, and it came out a boy. Well, I had to post this picture to show you all that there is no mistaking this time!! (sorry for the bum shot).

Summer Fun

Over the fourth, we went up to Idaho. We had
lots of fun with my parents and Amy and Travis' family. Travis put on a huge and totally illegal fireworks show in their backyard. It was fun and we only experience a few small burns in our blankets! We went to the zoo and the kids loved it. I.F. actually has a pretty cool zoo. I was impressed. (and yes that is Travis pulling Crae in the wagon! Seriously?)

Last week, my girls and I went over to Bear Lake with some friends. We had a great time. The kids always enjoy digging in the sand and playing in the water. It beats the city pool!!

We rented this huge bike. My friend Valerie, her kids, and myself and my kids all rode on this one. My camera was out of battery, so I will have to get her picture of all of us in it. We went halfway with the parking brake on! I was seriously dying! On the way back, it was tons of fun. Jaycie and Allie think we need one.

Biggest Loser, Here I Come!

Here is another funny story. The other night we were out doing yard work. Jaycie was helping me weed the flower bed. She randomly asked me if Crae was pregnant too. (and not because he looks like it!) I told her that only girls can be pregnant. Of course, she asked why. I preceded to tell her that our bodies are different and girls are just tougher than boys. She told me, "but daddy is stronger than you." I told her that he is, in some ways, but when it comes to things like being pregnant, boys just couldn't handle it. (you women know it is true!) She asked why again. I told her all the fun things that happen during pregnancy like the headaches, body aches, tummy aches, and then tried to explain how your body stretches and gets bigger. She very seriously looked at me and said, "then you have to go on The Biggest Loser?" Jaycie, I am sure hoping not! She is cracking us up lately!

I'm going to have to do a lot of dishes!!

Today I was looking on the internet for car seats for the baby. Jaycie came in and was looking with me. She found one that she loved, but it was $300. I mentioned to her that it was a lot of money for a car seat. She said, "you're gonna have to earn it like we have to earn our swing set." I asked her how I can earn it and she said, "Doing dishes - Daddy will give you one dollar every time you do the dishes." Crae, you better start paying up!!

Here comes #3

Ready or not, here we go! We are super excited to be expecting a baby the first part of December. I am a little nervous for the third, but so happy too. It has been a long time coming, and I have forgotten how much I hate being pregnant. But all those things aside, we feel blessed to be having another baby.

Our Brave Little Allie!

Yesterday when in the mall, Allie decided that she wanted to get her ear's pierced. I was a little aprehensive and honestly thought that she would get scared and decided not to do it. After picking her pink daisy earings, there was no going back. She was so brave.

Getting her ears marked. Notice Jaycie outside the window.

Jaycie in the hall scared to death that Allie was going to get hurt. For some reason, she had her ears plugged the entire time. Allie kept yelling through the window, "Jaycie, it's not loud!" Too funny.

Here it goes!!

Looking at the finished product! She said, "Now I look like you mommy."

Dancing Girls!

Jaycie and Allie had their dance recital this past weekend. They did great! Here are a few pictures to show how cute they were!

After their recital, they got flowers from Grammy and Papa.

Vote!! Okay or Not Okay??

So here's the story - We have had some blinds in my living room that I have hated from day one! We finally picked out some new ones and I have been so excited. They took forever to get here. Finally the other night Crae brought a box in and told me that my blinds were here. I was so excited, so I sat on the couch and watched him as he began to hang them. There are three windows-side by side - He took down two of the old blinds and hung two of the new blinds. Then he acted like he was done. I asked him where the third blind was. He said that it hasn't been made yet. (some issues beyond my understanding!) I asked him why he hung two of them and didn't wait for the third one to come. He sees no problem with this. So, I had to take a picture and let you all vote as to whether I have any sort of reason to believe that my living room now looks ridiculous!! Let us know your thoughts on the matter!! :)

Disneyland!!

Last week we were able to go to Disneyland with my parents and my sister's family. We had a great time. Our girls absolutely loved it! We were there for four days and never ran out of things to do. My girls were so brave. Jaycie rode every ride that she could, including Tower of Terror four times, Splash and Space Mountain twice, Big Thunder, Indiana Jones, and all the other big ones. Allie rode Space Mountain twice too and Big Thunder. Allie even held her arms in the air on Big Thunder. I was so freaked out that I had my arm around her. I am so happy that we could go with my family and especially my mom. It meant so much to her to have us all there together.
I posted way too many pictures - they were all too cute!
Goofy was so silly!

Crae rode the teacups with the little kids at least three times. I throw up when I ride them, so thanks Crae!!

Cameron loves Buzz Light Year. It was so cute! After the pictures were taken, Cameron leaned over and hugged him.

This is our new family picture.

Jaycie and Princess Minnie

Snow White teaching Allie how princesses hold their hands. Too Cute!

Allie, Mya, and Jaycie with Minnie

Jaycie and Jasmine. At least this picture has a kid in it too. Crae was taking these pictures, and when I was looking back through them, there was one of just Jasmine by herself. Yeah, Crae is never going to live that one down!!
